Healthy Recipe for Diabetes - Stuffed Bitter Grounds

Ingredients: (serves 6)
Bitter melon - 450g
Ground Pork - 220g

custom sauce 1 -
 4T. Water
1 t.  Soy sauce
1/8 t. Salt
1/8 t. MSG
custom sauce 2 -
1/2 c. Water
1 T. Fermented Black Beans  (washed and drained)
1 t.  Minced Red Pepper
1/8 t. MSG
1/2  t. Salt 
custom sauce 3 - mix 1/2 t. Water and 1/2 t. Cornstarch

Directions:
1.Wash bitter melon; Cut off ends and slice at 3cm intervals.Remove seeds (net weight approx. 350g). cooking in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and drain.
2. Season ground pork with custom  sauce 1 and mix thoroughly.  Divide into 6 portions; stuff  into hollows of bitter melon.  Arrange on dish, add custom  sauce 2 and steam over high heat for 45 minutes.  When done, pour out liquid into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir in  custom sauce 3 to thicken; pour on stuffed bitter melon and server.
