Healthy Recipe for Diabetes - Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients: (serves 6)
Ripe Tomatoes - 400 g
Lean Ground Pork - 150g
Raw Shelleed Shrimp - 70g
Coriander - 1-2 sprigs


custom special sauce 1 -
6 T.. Water
1 T. each: Minced Green Onion, Minced Garlic
1/2 T. each: Minced Ginger, Sesame Oil
1/8 t. each: MSG, Pepper
3/8 t. Salt

Directions:
1.Wash tomatoes and  discard stems. Cut each into half and remove seeds (net weight approx. 250g)
2. Wash shrimp, devein and mince.Mix with ground pork and add custom special sauce 1; mix thoroughly Divide into 6 portions and stuff into halved tomatoes.  Please 1 leaf of coriander at center of filling in each tomato half and steam over high heat until done (about 10 minutes).
