Healthy Recipe for Diabetes - Beef Rolls

Ingredients: (serves 6)
thinly sliced Beef - 220 g
Green Bean Sprouts - 150g
Onion - 150g
Cooking Oil - 1 T


custom special sauce 1 -
3 T. Water
1/2 t. each: Salt, Cooking Wine, Sesame Oil
1/4 t. Black Pepper
1/8 t. MSG

Directions:
1.Remove tips and ends of bean sprouts (net weight approx. 80g). Wash and drain. Slice onion into thin strips and set aside. 
2. Heat wok then add 2 t. oil; stir-fry onion strips until fragrant and season by adding all of  custom special sauce 1. Simmer until onion tender ( approx. 5 minutes);Add sprouts and mix thoroughly.  This is the filling. Remove and divide into 12 portions
3.Divide beef slices into 12 portions. Wrap each portion of filling with a slice of beef, and roll into cylindrical shapes.
4. heat wok and add 1 t. oil. Gently place rolls and saute until done..

Onions contain large amounts of sugar, and consumption should therefore be monitored.
