Ingredients:
- 300 gm squids
- 70 gm chives, sectioned
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 red chilli, shredded
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Shaoxing wine
- 3 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Remove membrane, vein, eyes and mouth of squid then pat dry. Slash crisscross pattern on surface and dice into 2”.
- Scald into boiling water until cooked. Dish and drain.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of oil, sauté chopped garlic and chilli and chives till fragrant, then add in seasoning and squids to fry. Stir in thickening to mix well.
