Ingredients:
- 450 gm coral crabs (2x)
- 2 tbsp fermented soya paste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 20 gm ginger, minced
- 1 red chilli, minced
- 1 sprig spring onion, sectioned
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Remove shell of crab, scrape inner parts and clean well. Cut into 8 pieces. Pat crab claws. Cook in oil till half-cooked. Dish and drain.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil, stir fry chopped garlic, ginger and chilli followed by fermented soya paste, stir well.
- Lastly, add in crab and water, stir till gravy is thick. Sprinkle spring onion on top. Dish.
