Healthy Recipe for Diabetes - Smoothie


Ingredients  (Serves 2 )
2 tablespoons whole flaxseeds
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries, or unsweetened frozen mixed berries
1 small banana, sliced

Directions
Place the flaxseeds in dry blender, cover and blend until ground into a fine powder. Add the orange juice, yogurt, berries, and banana. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.
