Healthy Recipe for Diabetes - Steamed Pomfret

Ingredients: (serves 6)
1 Whole Pomfret - 550g 
2 Stalks of Shredded Green Onion
3 slices of  Shredded ginger
1 Shredded red Pepper
Cooking Oil - 1 T

custom special sauce 1 -


1/2 t. CookingWine
3/4 t. Salt
1/8 t. each :Pepper and MSG

Directions:
1.Scale and clean fish,. Rub with custom special sauce 1 and marinate for 10-20 minutes. Sprinkle green onion, ginger and 1 T. oil on top and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes. Garnish with shredded red pepper and serve.

Steaming time may be adjusted in accordance with the size of fish.  To test if done, poke with toothpick. Flesh will not stick to toothpick when fish is thoroughly cooked.
