Healthy Recipe for Diabetes - Steamed Chicken

This simple and healthy dish is suitable for cooking dummy.  My birthday party guests have enjoyed this dish with great gratitude.  Cook It Yourself and let me know your comment.  

Ingredients: (serves 6)
  • skinned chicken legs 300g
  • 2 tsp for each  minced garlic, scallion, ginger 
  • custom special sauce-
  1. 1.5 Tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cooking wine and 1/8 tsp each: pepper, MSG
  2. 1 Tsp Chopped Green Onion and 1/2 tsp. Chopped Red Pepper




Directions:

  1. Clean Chicken legs (remove skin and bones) and chop into squares (approx 3cm each). Mix with minced garlic, scallion and ginger and marinate with custom special sauce 1 for 0.5 hour.
  2. Pour 2.5 c. water into outer layer of  steamer; place marinated chicken in container and steam until tender ( approx. 1 hour). Garnish with custom special sauce 2 prior to serving.
