Ingredients: (serves 6)
- skinned chicken legs 300g
- 2 tsp for each minced garlic, scallion, ginger
- custom special sauce-
- 1.5 Tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cooking wine and 1/8 tsp each: pepper, MSG
- 1 Tsp Chopped Green Onion and 1/2 tsp. Chopped Red Pepper
Directions:
- Clean Chicken legs (remove skin and bones) and chop into squares (approx 3cm each). Mix with minced garlic, scallion and ginger and marinate with custom special sauce 1 for 0.5 hour.
- Pour 2.5 c. water into outer layer of steamer; place marinated chicken in container and steam until tender ( approx. 1 hour). Garnish with custom special sauce 2 prior to serving.
