Healthy Chinese Food Recipe 28 - Stir Fried Cuttlefish

Ingredients:
1 cuttlefish (about ½ pound)
2 ½ oz. salted turnip
2 ½ oz. peanuts
3 tbsps diced stalk of vegetable
2 tbsps diced carrot
1 tsp minced garlic
Marinade:
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Pinch of pepper
Seasoning:
2 tsps light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp broad bean paste
2 tbsps water

Directions:

1. Remove membrane from cuttlefish, wash and cut into small pieces. Mix with marinade and then deep fry in oil.

2. Wash and dice salted turnip. Deep fry peanuts until crispy.

3. Stir fry minced garlic with 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add stalk of vegetable and carrot. Stir fry for a while. Return cuttlefish. Add salted turnip and seasoning. Stir well. Then put in peanuts. Mix well and dish up. Serve.
