Healthy Chinese Food Recipe 15 - Chinatown Spareribs

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Sherry
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 lbs. pork spareribs, cut apart into single ribs 
Directions:
  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over spareribs. Cover, and marinade in refrigerator overnight or at least 12 hrs. Turn ribs in sauce several times while marinating.
  2. Remove spareribs from marinade, and place in shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs., or until ribs are tender and browned.
    Baste every 15 mins. with reserved marinade.
