Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Sherry
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 lbs. pork spareribs, cut apart into single ribs
Directions:
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over spareribs. Cover, and marinade in refrigerator overnight or at least 12 hrs. Turn ribs in sauce several times while marinating.
- Remove spareribs from marinade, and place in shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs., or until ribs are tender and browned.
Baste every 15 mins. with reserved marinade.
