- ½ lbs pork, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wine
- 1 lb spring onions
- 5 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Mix pork with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp wine.
- Wash onions and cut into 2 inch lengths.
- Heat 5 tbsp oil and sauté pork.
- When pork changes color, add onions and salt. Mix well and remove from heat before onions begins to give off juice. Serve hot.
