Healthy Chinese Food Recipe 14 - Fried Pork with Spring Onions

Ingredients:
  • ½ lbs pork, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp wine
  • 1 lb spring onions
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Mix pork with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp wine.
  2. Wash onions and cut into 2 inch lengths.
  3. Heat 5 tbsp oil and sauté pork.
  4. When pork changes color, add onions and salt. Mix well and remove from heat before onions begins to give off juice. Serve hot.
