Healthy Chinese Food Recipe 11 - Fast Baked Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 200g pork ribs
  • 1 tomato
Seasonings:
  • 2 cloves (big) garlic
  • A dash each of light soy sauce, yellow wine, starch and chicken soup
Directions:
  1. Cut the pork ribs into long pieces, mix them well with garlic, light soy sauce and yellow wine, marinate them for about half an hour and remove garlic.
  2. heating the pot, bring a little chicken soup to boil, put the pork ribs in, braise them over mild heat until the pork shrinks as if to leave the bones, serve them in a plate and garnish them with tomato slices on the rim.
