- 2 cloves (big) garlic
- A dash each of light soy sauce, yellow wine, starch and chicken soup
Directions:
- Cut the pork ribs into long pieces, mix them well with garlic, light soy sauce and yellow wine, marinate them for about half an hour and remove garlic.
- heating the pot, bring a little chicken soup to boil, put the pork ribs in, braise them over mild heat until the pork shrinks as if to leave the bones, serve them in a plate and garnish them with tomato slices on the rim.
