- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp double/heavy cream
- Pinch of salt or to taste
- Pinch of pepper or to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- Olive oil
- 3-4 strips smoked salmon (for garnishing)
Directions:
- Beat eggs in a bowl together with the cream, salt, pepper and butter.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Scramble gently and cook until almost set.
- Dish out and garnish with strips of smoked salmon.
