Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients: (Serves 1)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp double/heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt or to taste
  • Pinch of pepper or to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Olive oil
  • 3-4 strips smoked salmon (for garnishing)

Directions:
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl together with the cream, salt, pepper and butter.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Scramble gently and cook until almost set.
  3. Dish out and garnish with strips of smoked salmon.
