- 2 pieces tofu
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 slice pineapple
- 1 tsp chopped onions
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Chop tofu, tomato, pineapple and bell pepper.
- Dust tofu with cornstarch. Deep fry until golden brown.
- Mix sugar with vinegar. Blend vinegar mixture with all other ingredients, except tofu, to make the sauce.
- Pour sauce onto tofu. Serve.
