Ingredients: (Serves 1)
8 oz. Chinese cabbage
1 oz. fresh chilies
2 tbsps. oil
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 oz. fresh chilies
2 tbsps. oil

Seasoning sauce:
1 1/2 tbsps. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water
Pinch of salt and MSG
1 1/2 tbsps. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water
Pinch of salt and MSG
2 tsp. sesame oil
Directions:
1. Wash and tear the Chinese cabbage into 3 inch pieces.
2. Deseed the chilies.
3. 2 tbsps. oil in wok and stir fry the chili shreds and black pepper over a moderate heat for 1 minute.
4. Add the Chinese cabbage and continue to stir fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Pour in the seasoning sauce and cook for another minute. Serve sprinkled with sesame oil.
