Healthy Chinese Food Recipe 18 - Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Chinese Mushroom

Serves 3
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb. Chinese dried mushroom, clean and soaked overnight
  • 1/2 lb. sea cucumber
  • 1/4 lb. abalone
  • 1/2 lb. bok choy
Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. dark soya sauce
  • A pinch of sugar and salt
  • 4 tbsp. chicken stock
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch 
Directions:
  1. Boil mushroom, sea cucumber, abalone and bok choy for 3 mins. in a pot. Drain and turn into a dish.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and cook until thickened. Stir occasionally.
  3. Pour over the ingredients and serve.
